Approval of Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and Half year ended on September 30 2025 along with the Statement of Assets and Liabilities and Cash Flow Statement for the half year ended on September 30 2025 and to take the note of Limited Review Report issued by the Statutory Auditors thereon.
