(IEIL) which is non-operational for more than 5 years had filed a petition to the Honorable National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) - Ahemdabad Bench for winding up.In this regard we would like to inform you that the said petition has been admitted by the Honorable NCLT vide their order dated August 9 2024.We wish to further inform you that winding up of this associate company will not affect any business/accounting policies and will not have any singificant impact on financials of our Company.
