Further to our letter dated October 21 2022 (Ref No.: RML/2022-23/303) wherein the Board of Directors declared an interim dividend of Rs. 3/- (Rupees Three Only) per equity share of Rs. 10/- please find enclosed herewith an e-mail communication dated October 25 2022 (Annexure 1) which has been sent to all the shareholders of the Company whose e-mail IDs are registered with the Company/Depositories explaining the process on withholding tax from dividends (general communication on tax deduction) and for further submission of applicable declaration for appropriate tax deduction.
