Maximaa Systems: Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP)-Outcome of meeting of Committee of Creditors

This has reference to our intimation regarding the initiation of corporate insolvency resolution process ("CIRP") in the case of Maximaa Systems Limited ("the Company") under Section 10 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code 2016 (Code). We wish to inform you that the 05th (fifth) meeting of the Committee of Creditors of the Company was duly convened and conducted on Wednesday 10th May 2023 at 04:00 P.M. via video conferencing through Webex Application. In furtherance thereof pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 and in accordance with the requirements of sub-clause 16(g) of Clause A of Part A of Schedule III of Listing Regulations the undersigned hereby intimates that the following matters were discussed and put to vote in 05th meeting of the Committee of Creditors (CoC) held on Wednesday 10th May 2023 via video conferencing through Webex Application.
