The shareholding of the company in their meeting held on 14.09.2019 has appointed Mr. Tilak Raj Dembla as Independent Director of the Company for the period of five years. Accordingly Mr. Tilak Raj Dembla ceased to be Independent Director of the Company w.e.f. 13.09.2024.
