The Board of Directors has fixed 28 September 2026 as the Record Date for the purpose of determining the eligibility of members entitled to receive 1 (One) fully paid-up equity share of ?10/- each for every 1 (One) existing fully paid-up equity share of ?10/- each held by them in the Company pursuant to the Bonus Issue approved by the members of the Company at their meeting held on 16 September 2026.
