We refer to our disclosure dated November 05 2020 pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 read with the SEBI Circular CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated September 09 2015 relating to proposed acquisition of 100% stake in PG Technoplast Private Limited by the Company.
Further to the above disclosure please note that PG Electroplast Limited have acquired 100% stake in PG Technoplast Private Limited. Consequently PG Technoplast Private Limited has become a Wholly Owned Subsidiary of PG Electroplast Limited.
Except above acquisition all other particulars mentioned in our disclosure dated November 05 2020 remain the same.
