Fund & Asset Management segment focuses on managing real estate and urban infrastructure funds, with a research-driven approach to capitalizing on market trends. The company is also expanding its presence in the real estate financing market, through its NBFC subsidiary, Nisus Fincorp Private Limited, and a recent investment in Microsafe Projects LLP, which focuses on residential property acquisitions.
