About Franklin India Technology Fund - Regular Plan
Franklin India Technology Fund - Regular Plan is a equity mutual fund scheme of Franklin Templeton Mutual Fund. Launched on August 22, 1998, it is currently managed by R Janakiraman and Venkatesh Sanjeevi. The fund has an expense ratio of 2.15% with an overall AUM (Assets Under Management) of ₹1,670 Cr.
Franklin India Technology Fund - Regular Plan is mandated to invest at least 80 per cent of its assets in the shares of companies in the information technology sector. The fund allows minimum lumpsum investment of ₹1,000 and minimum SIP of ₹500.
Investment Strategy
The scheme seeks above normal capital appreciation through investments in high quality, fast growing companies in the information technology sector. The Fund will Follow a bottom-up approach to stock pricing.
