Mirae Asset Nifty 100 ESG Sector Leaders ETF is a equity mutual fund scheme of Mirae Asset Mutual Fund. Launched on November 17, 2020, it is currently managed by Ekta Gala and Akshay Udeshi. The fund has an expense ratio of 0.40% with an overall AUM (Assets Under Management) of ₹108 Cr.

The scheme seeks to generate returns, before expenses, that are commensurate with the performance of the Nifty100 ESG Sector Leaders Total Return Index, subject to tracking error. The fund allows minimum lumpsum investment of ₹-- and minimum SIP of ₹--.

Capital Gains Taxation

If the mutual fund units are sold after 1 year from the date of investment, gains upto Rs 1.25 lakh in a financial year are exempt from tax. Gains over Rs 1.25 lakh are taxed at the rate of 12.5%.
If the mutual fund units are sold within 1 year from the date of investment, entire amount of gain is taxed at the rate of 20%.
No tax is to be paid as long as you continue to hold the units.
