About Tata Arbitrage Fund - Direct Plan
Tata Arbitrage Fund - Direct Plan is a hybrid mutual fund scheme of Tata Mutual Fund. Launched on December 18, 2018, it is currently managed by Sailesh Jain. The fund has an expense ratio of 0.31% with an overall AUM (Assets Under Management) of ₹21,327 Cr.
Tata Arbitrage Fund - Direct Plan invests in equity shares and derivatives and earns through the price differential between a stock and its futures. The fund allows minimum lumpsum investment of ₹1,000 and minimum SIP of ₹150.

The Scheme seeks to generate reasonable returns by investing predominantly in arbitrage opportunities in the cash and derivatives segments of the equity markets and by investing balance in debt and money market instruments.
