Borax Morarji Ltd has informed BSE that Shri. Bimal L. Goculdas, Managing Director of the Company has resigned on August 10, 2016. However, he will continue as Director on the Board.
Dr. U.R. Shetkar has been appointed as Chief Executive Officer and Manager from August 10, 2016 for a period of three years subject to the approval of Members in the ensuing Annual General Meeting scheduled to be held on September 26, 2016.
