We wish to inform you that the Trading Window shall be closed from 1st July 2026 till 48 hours after the publication of the un-audited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended 30th June 2026 (both days inclusive) to the Directors Senior Management and desiganted employees of the Company in terms of requirement of the Model Code of Conduct and SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 and Circulat No LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 dated April 2 2019. The Boqard Meeting for aprpoval of Un-Auditoed Financial results of the Company for the quarter ended 30th June 2026 will be held on or before 14th august 2026 and the exact date of the board meeting approving the same will be intimated to your Exchange as and when finalised
