Goa Carbon Limited has informed the Exchange that Acuit? Ratings & Research Limited, erstwhile SMERA Ratings Limited - the credit rating agency, has reaffirmed the long term rating of ACUITE BBB+ and short term rating of ACUITE A2 on the Rs. 213.00 crore bank facilities and assigned the long term rating of ACUITE BBB+ on the Rs.60.00 crore bank facilities of the Company. Further, Acuit? has revised the outlook to Negative from Stable.
