We would like to inform that the Board of Directors of the Company in its meeting held on December 30 2020 has considered and approved investment of Rs. 5 00 000/- ( Rupees Five Lakhs only) in M/s Share India Smile Foundation. Consequently M/s. Share India Smile Foundation will become a Wholly-Owned Subsidiary of the Company.
