Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, this is to inform you that at the meeting of Board of Directors held today, Mr. N.R. Kannan has been appointed as the Chief Executive Officer of the Company w.e.f. 17th July, 2017. He is designated as the Key Managerial Personnel of the Company in terms of Section 203 of the Companies Act, 2013.
