Shelter Infra Projects Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 17, 2013, inter alia, has approved the followings:
1. The Company has appointed MCS Share Transfer Agent as their new RTA in place of MCS Limited w.e.f. May 17, 2013.
2. Resignation Mr. Hirak Mukherjee has been accepted by the Board from the Directorship of the Company.
3. Resignation of Mr. Koushik Roy has been accepted by the Board w.e.f. May 18, 2013 from the Directorship of the Company.
4. Resignation of Mr. P. K. Lala has been accepted by the Board w.e.f. August 01, 2013 from the post of Directorship, Compliance Officer and CEO of the Company.
