Vijay Solvex Ltd has informed BSE that the next meeting of Board of Directors of the Company will be held on August 12, 2016, for consideration, approval and take on record the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2016 and other business items in agenda.
Further informed that pursuant to the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and in terms of Vijay Solvex Ltd - Insider Trading Code, the Trading Window will be closed from August 05, 2016 till the close of business hours on August 16, 2016, (both days inclusive) for Directors, Designated Employees and their immediate relatives i.e. they cannot not deal (either purchase or sale) in securities of the company when the trading window is closed.
