Eon Electric Ltd has informed BSE that the Company has opted to submit the Audited Financial Results for the year ended March 31, 2013 within the time limit of sixty days from the end of the financial year as stipulated therein i.e. on or before May 30, 2013.
In view of the above option being exercised, the Unaudited Financial Results for the Fourth Quarter ended March 31, 2013 will not be submitted by the Company.
