We are pleased to inform you that Panacea Biotec Ltd and Sanofi Healtcare India Pvt Ltd have reached a settlement agreement and pursuant to the joint application filed by the parties the suit has been disposed of by the Honble Delhi High Court on 13.09.2024 in terms of the Settlement agreement entered between the parties. A copy of the said Order has been received on 16.09.2024 at 07:31 P.M.
