Based on the certificate received from M/s Universal Capital Securities Pvt. Ltd. Registrar and Transfer Agents of the Company we hereby certify that the securities received for dematerialization have been mutilated and cancelled after due verification and the name of the Depository has been substituted in our records as the registered owner for the Quarter Ended 30 June 2019 within the stipulated time of receipt of certificate of security.
Further we certify that the securities which were dematerialized are listed on the stock exchange where the earlier securities are listed.
