Sterling Tools Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 14, 2016, has declared 3rd (Third) Interim Dividend @50% i.e. Rs. 5/- Per Equity Share for the Financial Year 2015-2016.
Further, the Company will distribute the Interim Dividend on / before March 30, 2016.
