With reference to the earlier announcement regarding the Board of Directors of the Company, in its meeting held on August 29, 2013, decided to file a reference to the Board for Industrial & Financial Reconstruction (BIFR) under section 15(1) of the Sick Industrial Companies (Special Provision) Act, 1985 for determination whether the Company is a Sick Industrial Company or not, Murli Industries Ltd has now informed BSE that the same reference has already been filed by the Company and same is pending for the registration.
