Record date for determining the eligibility of Shareholders entitlement for Dividend for the FY 2024-25 if declare at the ensuring Annual General meeting is Friday 29th August 2025. The Register of member and Shate Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from Saturday 30th August 2025 to Friday 5th September 2025 (both days inclusive).
