Pursuant to regulation 30 of (SEBI Listing Regulations 2015) read with SEBI Circular No. CIF/CFD/CMD/114/2019 dated October 18 2019 we wish to inform that M/s. Bhaskara Rao & Co. Chartered Accountants (ICAI Firm Registration No. 000459S) Statutory Auditors of the Company have tendered their resignation vide their letter dated 14th August 2023 informing their inability to continue as the Statutory Auditors of the Company.
