Dear Sir/Madam Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 we wish to inform that Mr. Mohammad Faiyazul Haq (Membership No. A52141) Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company tendered his resignation which is accepted with effect from the closure of the business hours of October 03 2022.His successor shall be appointed in due course within the time limit prescribed under the provisions of the Companies Act 2013 and Rules made thereunder read with the applicable provisions of the Listing Regulations and the same shall be duly intimated to the Stock Exchange.The details required under Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations read with SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated September 09 2015 are enclosed as Annexure I.
