This is to inform that the Company has made payment of Rs.50 Crores towards principal redemption amount due on November 4, 2017 along with interest thereon on November 3, 2017 with respect to 1500 Secured Redeemable Non Convertible Debenture (NCDs) of Rs.10,00,000 each fully paid up issued under Series IX A. As a result of which out of the sanctioned amount of Rs.150 Crores outstanding NCDs amount stands reduced to Rs. 50 Crores which is due on November 4, 2018.
