Chartered Logistics Ltd has informed BSE that :
1. The Company has appointed Ms. Anamika Jajoo, Practising Company Secretary to conduct through audit of record and systems of Sharepro with respect to dividend paid and transfer of securities to determine whether dividends have been paid to actual/ beneficial holders and whether securities have been transferred as per the provisions of law in the preceding 10 years.
The Audit Report will be submitted to the SEBI and the Stock Exchange on the Completion of Audit.
2. The Company is in the process of evaluating various Registrar and Share Transfer Agent and is in the process of appointing a Registrar and Share Transfer Agent. On final evaluation of Registrar and Share Transfer Agent, the Company will appoint new Registrar and Share Transfer Agent and simultaneously cancel/terminate the existing agreement with Sharepro Services (India) Private Limited.
