Captain Polyplast Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 15 2021 inter alia has recommended a final dividend @2% per share (i.e. Rs. 0.04 /- (4 Paise per share) for the financial year ended March 31 2021 on Equity Shares of Rs .2/- each.
