1. Allotted 11,953 Equity shares of the face value of Rs. 10/- each under ESOP 2011 - II Scheme to 32 Employees of the Company.
2. 2nd Interim Dividend 2013-14 shall be paid on May 30, 2014
3. Formed a board level Corporate Social Responsibility Committee.
