1. Appointment of Ms. Mansi Hardik Shah (DIN: 00031947) as an Additional Director (Non-Executive Independent Director) of the Company w.e.f. 04th June 20262. Mr. Govindlal C. Thakkar (DIN: 07531165) has completed his term as Independent Director of the Company with effect from the end of the day on May 30 2026. Consequent to Mr. Govind C. Thakkars completion of term as an Independent Director he ceased to be the Chairman of the Audit Committee and Nomination & Remuneration Committee and Stakeholders Relationship Committee.
