As the term of the Current Statutory Auditor ends with the forthcoming AGM, accordingly, on recommendation of Audit Committee, the Board of Directors at their Meeting held today, subject to the approval of Members of the Company, approved the appointment of M/s Satya Prakash Garg & Co. ( FRN- 017544N), Chartered Accountants as the Statutory Auditors of the Company for the period of five years i.e. from the conclusion of this 25th Annual General Meeting till the conclusion of 30th Annual General Meeting, subject to ratification by the Members of the Company at Annual General Meeting.
