Hind Rectifiers: Corporate Action - Book Closure For Dividend

This has reference to our letter ref no. HIRECT/SEC/2019-20/19 DATED 18TH May 2019. Kindly note that the Company has decided the Book Closures. The Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from 1st August 2019 to 8th August 2019 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of dividend and Annual General Meeting.

If the final dividend as recommended by the Board of Directors is approved at the 61st AGM to be held on 8th August 2019 payment of such dividend will be made between 8th August 2019 and 15th August 2019 as under:-

(a) to all Beneficial Owners in respect of shares held in dematerialized form as per the data as may be made available by the National Securities Depository Limited and the Central Depository Services (India) Limited as of the close of business hours on Wednesday 31st July 2019;

(b) to all Members in respect of shares held in physical form after giving effect to valid transmission or transposition requests lodged with the Company as of the close of business hours on Wednesday 31st July 2019.
