2. Re-appointment of Ms. Gagan Singh as an
Independent Director of the Company
3. Re-appointment of Mr. Bijou Kurien as an
Independent Director of the Company
4. Re-appointment of Mr. Pradeep Mukerjee as an
Independent Director of the Company
