Further to our intimation dated 23rd May, 2017 informing about interalia execution of Grant of Permission Agreement (GOPA) and payment of migration fees in terms of offer letter of Ministry of Information and Broadcasting for migration of 3 Radio Stations of the Company (Delhi, Kolkata and Mumbai) from Phase-II to Phase-III, the Company has withdrawn the writ petition filed before the Honble Delhi High Court against the order of Ministry of Information and Broadcasting with respect to disallowing the sale of above said 3 radio Stations of the Company.
