Bihar Sponge Iron Ltd has informed BSE about the following changes of the Board of the Company:
1. Mr. B. K. Thakur has resigned from the Board and thus ceases to be Director Finance of the Company.
2. The designation of Mr. U. K. Modi has changed from Chairman & Managing Director to Chairman. i.e. Mr. U. K. Modi ceases to be Managing Director of the Company and shall continue to be on the board as Chairman of the Company.
3. Mr. S. K. Gupta, has been appointed as the Whole-time Director of the Company designated as Executive Director (works) of the Company.
