Foseco India Ltd has informed BSE that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from March 21, 2015 to March 27, 2015 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Payment of Final Dividend.
The final dividend, if declared at the AGM, shall be paid / credited on or before April 25, 2015.
