Pursuant to SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/DDHS/CIR/P/2018/144 dated 26th November 2018 on Fund raising by issuance of Debt Securities by Large Entities we wish to inform you that Mold-Tek Technologies Limited does not fulfill the criteria specified in the above mentioned SEBI Circular and hence does not fall in the category of " Large Corporate" as on 31st March 2020.
