TIL LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 13/03/2024 inter alia to consider and approve Further to our letter dated 6th March 2024 pursuant to Regulation 29 of SEBI LODR we would like to inform you that due to unavoidable circumstances the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company scheduled to be held today i.e. Tuesday 12th March 2024 has been postponed and re-scheduled on Wednesday 13th March 2024 inter-alia to consider fixation of issue terms for a proposed rights issue including issue price in accordance with applicable law subject to such regulatory/statutory approvals as may be required.
