Pursuant to the provision of Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 we wish to appraise you that the Bi-partite agreement between M/s Shree Refrigerations Limited (Formerly known as Shree Refrigerations Private Limited) and RTA i.e. M/s MUFG Intime India Private Limited (Formerly known as Link Intime India Private Limited) is currently under process and will be executed shortly. Upon execution of the said agreement the Company shall make a formal disclosure in terms of Regulation 7 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015.
