Please find enclosed the copies of news paper clippings of the advertisements intimating that the 49th AGM of the Company scheduled to be held on Wednesday 30th July 2025 at 10.30 A.M at Rangmanch Raajkutir 89C Moulana Abul Kalam Ajad Sarani Phoolbagan Kankurgachgi Kolkata - 700054 and that the company has completed the dispatch of the said notice on 7th July 2025. This is in accordance with SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015.
