Sterling Tools Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 08, 2016, inter alia, has declared 2nd (Second) interim Dividend @50% i.e. Rs. 5/- Per Equity Share for the Financial Year 2015-2016.
The Company will distribute the interim dividend on / before February 20, 2016.
