Jyoti Structures Ltd has informed BSE that Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors by Circulatory Resolution dated February 09, 2015 has allotted 18,900 Equity Shares of Rs. 2 each arising out of Stock Options granted to the employees of the Company under Employees Stock Option Scheme.
Consequent to the aforesaid allotment of 18,900 Equity Shares of Rs. 2 each, the paid up share capital of the Company has increased to Rs. 21,90,55,420 divided into 10,95,27,710 Equity Shares of Rs. 2 each.
