Please note that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Friday,the 19th May, 2017, to inter-alia, consider and approve the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and financial year ending on 31st March, 2017 and to consider recommendation of dividend, if any, for financial year 2016-17 (subject to approval of shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting). In terms of the Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders of the Company, the Trading window will be closed from Friday, the 31st March, 2017 to Sunday,the 21st May, 2017 (both days inclusive) for the above purpose.
