K S Oils Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is schedule to be held on November 14, 2016, inter alia, to consider, approve and take on record the Unaudited Financial results for the Quarter and Half Year ended September 30, 2016.
As per Company?s Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed for all designated employees of the Company from November 04, 2016 to November 15, 2016 (both days inclusive).
Accordingly, all designated employees of the Company and their immediate relative are prohibited from trading in the Companys equity shares. Thus Directors, Statutory Auditors and all the designated employees cannot trade (purchase / sell) in the Companys shares during the aforesaid period.
