Approved Unaudited Financial results of the Company for the quarter ended 30th June 2025 along with the Limited Review Report thereon.b. Approved the appointment of M/s MR & Associates a peer Reviewed Company Secretaries in Practice (FRN: P2003WB008000) as secretarial Auditor of the Company on the recommendation of the Audit Committee for a term of 5 consecutive years commencing from FY 2025-26 to FY 2029-30 subject to the approval of the shareholders of the company at the ensuing AGM.
