The Board of Directors (Board) of the Company at its meeting held today i.e. July 30 2026 has inter alia approved based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee (NRC) the appointment of Mr. Saurav Singh (ICSI Membership No. A63910) as the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company designated as a Key Managerial Personnel with effect from August 01 2026. Further consequent to Appointment of Company Secretary and Compliance Officer updated contact details of Key Managerial Personnel who have been severally authorised to determine materiality of an event or information and for the purpose of making requisite disclosure to stock exchanges in terms of Regulation 30(5) of the SEBI Listing Regulations
