Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 (Listing Regulations) we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today i.e. 25th May 2023 inter-alia considered the approval of the Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and financial year ended 31st March 2023 prepared in accordance with the Indian Accounting Standards (Ind-AS) prescribed under then Companies (Indian Accounting Standard) Rules 2015.
