Dion Global Solutions Ltd has informed BSE that Mr. Amit Sethi has been appointed as an Additional Director (in the category of Non-Executive Independent Director) on the Board of the Company with effect from January 20, 2016 for a period of 5 (five) years from the date of appointment. However, the said appointment is subject to the approval of the Shareholders of the Company in the General Meeting.
