ISGEC Heavy Engineering Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on September 03, 2016, inter alia, to consider and approve the Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company, for the quarter and three months ended June 30, 2016.
In compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 read with Companys Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window in respect of dealing in securities of the Company, will remain closed with effect from August 27, 2016 to September 06, 2016 (both days inclusive). The Trading window in respect of dealing in the securities of the Company shall reopen from September 07, 2016.
